The Role

SRG Global is seeking an experienced Accounts Manager to join our Asset Maintenance team, taking ownership of the day-to-day delivery and performance of scaffolding projects across the Perth metropolitan region.

This is a hands-on role combining project delivery, operational leadership, client management and commercial oversight. You'll be responsible for ensuring projects are running safely and efficiently, maintaining visibility over project performance and taking action when issues arise.

Working closely with our site, yard, logistics, estimating and commercial teams, you'll be the key link between our clients, project teams and the wider business.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage the day-to-day delivery and overall performance of multiple scaffolding projects
- Act as a key point of contact for clients, building strong relationships and addressing project requirements and issues as they arise
- Coordinate supervisors, scaffolders, subcontractors, yard and logistics teams to ensure effective project delivery
- Monitor project performance, productivity and commercial outcomes, identifying issues early and implementing corrective actions
- Manage projects from award and mobilisation through to completion and close-out
- Work closely with Contracts and Commercial teams across progress claims, variations, EOTs and other contractual matters
- Lead and support site teams, driving accountability, productivity and a robust safety culture
- Attend site and client meetings and provide clear reporting on project progress, performance, risks and key issues
- Ensure all works are delivered safely and in accordance with project, client and compliance requirements
- Provide operational support across the wider business as required

The successful applicant will ideally have:

- Advanced Scaffolding High Risk Work Licence (HRWL)




- Previous experience managing scaffolding projects, contracts or operations in the commercial, infrastructure and high-density residential sectors
- Strong understanding of scaffolding operations and the practical requirements of project delivery
- Experience managing multiple projects, direct labour and subcontractors
- Demonstrated ability to monitor project performance and drive improvements where projects are falling behind
- Sound commercial understanding, including experience managing variations and client commercial discussions
- Strong leadership and people management skills, with the confidence to manage challenging situations when required
- Strong client relationship and communication skills
- A proactive approach to safety and the confidence to intervene when standards are not being met
- Sound computer skills, including Microsoft Office and stock management systems
- Current Driver's Licence
