About Henty Gold Mine
Henty is an established underground operation supported by a 199koz Ore Reserve and a conventional 300–400ktpa processing plant, targeting ~30,000oz annual production. Ongoing development and drilling programs are focused on reserve growth and extending mine life.

About the Role

Reporting to the Maintenance Manager, you will be responsible for maintaining, troubleshooting and repairing electrical, instrumentation and control systems across the Henty Gold Mine fixed processing plant. Working as part of a multi-disciplinary maintenance team, you will play a key role in ensuring plant reliability, maximising equipment availability and supporting safe mining operations.

About you

- Current Electrical Licence

- Certificate IV in Electrical Instrumentation

- Current Working at Heights and Confined Space tickets

- Current EWP ticket

- Current Australian Driver's Licence

- Demonstrated experience maintaining fixed processing plant equipment, preferably within mining or mineral processing

- Strong electrical fault-finding and troubleshooting skills





- A proactive approach with a strong commitment to safety, quality and continuous improvement

- Ability to work effectively within a multi-disciplinary maintenance team

Key Responsibilities

- Carry out planned and reactive electrical and instrumentation maintenance across fixed plant equipment

- Diagnose electrical, instrumentation, control and automation faults while identifying root causes of equipment failures

- Inspect, test and complete functional checks of electrical equipment, interlocks and associated mechanical components

- Support electrical isolations, permits and site safety procedures

- Complete maintenance work orders accurately using Pulse maintenance software

- Maintain documentation in accordance with legislation, site procedures and electrical standards

- Work collaboratively with other maintenance disciplines to minimise equipment downtime

- Identify hazards and actively contribute to a protected working environment

- Communicate practical improvement opportunities to supervisors and the maintenance team

- An unrestricted Australian Drivers Licence
