Our Roles

Our Bella Grace Chancellor Park centre is looking forward to welcoming 2 new staff members to the following roles:

- Support Educators - Certificate and Diploma qualified. Prior experience essential. Casual rates from Level 3 $43.99 to Level 6 $51.46/hour, depending upon qualification and experience. Pathways to permanent roles as they arise for staff who are seeking permanent roles.





- Full-time Trainee Educator. Bring your passion for early childhood, strong sense of nurturing and care, professionalism, ability to manage competing demands and commitment to an entry into a new industry where your daily work truly impacts little lives. If you feel that this is your calling, please contact us. Rates of pay for trainees are based on the last year of high school completed and years since completion, we can assess your rate on application if you provide those details.

** Note - These rates include the Workforce Retention Grant allowance.

Skills and experience

- Hold an ACECQA approved Diploma level qualification.

- Hold a current QLD Blue Card (working with Children check) or able to apply for one.

- Have a passion and dedication for Early Childhood and high quality care..

- Have experience in an Early Childhood setting and with the EYLF (for the Lead Educator roles).

- Professional, with excellent communication skills both digital and verbal.
