About the role:

As a Personal Carer, you will be responsible for assisting or carrying out aspects of daily living for residents under the delegation of the Registered Nurse. This may include companionship; personal cares and grooming, support with mobility and positioning, nutrition and hydration and potentially health monitoring, observations and medication administration which are all determined by your experience and training. Understanding that every person is an individual, we focus on a truly person-centered approach.

You will be expected to work rostered shifts including, mornings, afternoons or night shifts. We will discuss your preferences and availability during the recruitment process. We have part-time and casual positions available.

Position requirements:





Certificate III Individual Support (or similar)

National police check (required)

Influenza vaccination (required)

First Aid Certificate would be an advantage

We may also consider unqualified applicants who are local to Narrogin and committed to long-term employment. Those that are kind and caring who have an interest in being of service to older people and are willing to complete a certificate III may be considered.
