The Opportunity

You'll take ownership of major commercial projects,



leading experienced project and site teams within a business that gives its Project Managers the resources and autonomy to perform.

You'll work with quality Site Managers, Contract Administrators and Project Engineers, backed by excellent systems and an experienced Construction Manager who remains accessible when required.

The emphasis is on leadership - building a strong project team, developing client relationships, maintaining commercial performance and creating the environment required to deliver exceptional projects.

You'll be trusted to lead your projects your way.

About You

We're looking for an accomplished Project Manager with a strong commercial construction background.

You'll bring:

- Tertiary qualification in construction

- A strong portfolio of major commercial projects

- Solid Contracts Administration grounding

- Excellent commercial and contractual knowledge

- Proven project leadership experience

- Strong client and consultant relationships

- Ability to build and lead high-performing teams

- Secure employment history

- Reliable references
