An established and growing organisation within the industrial and water solutions sector is seeking an experienced Electrical Service Technician to join its team. Key responsibilities include:

- Performing workshop and field service activities on pumps, motors and associated equipment
- Diagnosing faults and carrying out repairs and maintenance




- Preparing accurate service reports and documentation
- Installing, commissioning and monitoring equipment performance
- Providing technical feedback and recommendations to customers during service visits
- Inspecting and testing equipment prior to customer dispatch
- Cleaning, dismantling, repairing and rebuilding pumps, mixers and related systems in both workshop and onsite environments
- Maintaining a strong commitment to safety, quality and customer satisfaction

To be successful in this role, you will have:

- Previous experience as an Electrical Fitter, Service Technician or similar field service role
- A recognised Electrical Trade qualification in WA
- Solid fault-finding and troubleshooting skills
- Excellent communication and customer service abilities
- The ability to work independently and as part of a team
- A proactive approach to safety and quality
- A strong work ethic and commitment to delivering high-quality service outcomes
