We're on the hunt for reliable, hardworking Production Workers to join a busy and growing manufacturing team! This hands-on role involves assisting with production, assembly, quality checking, and preparing products — all while keeping safety and quality front and centre. ✅

������️ Key Responsibilities:

- ⚙️ Operate production equipment and machinery safely and efficiently
- ������ Assemble products and components to specification
- ������ Conduct quality inspections and identify defects
- ������ Pack, label, and prepare finished goods for dispatch
- ������ Maintain a clean and organised work area
- ������ Follow workplace health and safety procedures
- ⏱️ Meet daily production targets and deadlines
- ������ Assist with general factory and manufacturing duties as required

✅ Skills & Experience:

- ������ Previous experience in manufacturing, assembly, or production preferred




- ������ Strong attention to detail and quality standards
- ������ Ability to follow work instructions and procedures
- ⏰ Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented
- ������ Physically fit and capable of manual handling tasks
- ������ Forklift licence Essential
