The Prospect





You'll join an experienced project team and be given genuine responsibility across the commercial delivery of major projects.

Depending on your experience, you'll gain exposure across:

- Procurement and subcontractor management

- Contracts and variations

- Cost reporting and forecasting

- Client and consultant coordination

- Design management

- Project programming and delivery

- Commercial close-out

Projects are properly resourced, meaning you'll have experienced Project Managers, Site Managers, Engineers and commercial support around you.

You'll be challenged, but you'll also have the people around you to keep developing.

About You

You'll bring:

- Tertiary qualification in Construction Management or similar

- Experience on quality commercial construction projects

- Solid commercial and contractual knowledge

- Strong communication and negotiation skills

- Good subcontractor relationships

- Stable employment history

- Reliable references
