Beyond Glass Group Pty Ltd is seeking an experienced and reliable Qualified Glazier to join our growing team.

Based in Cockburn Central, we undertake a broad range of residential and commercial glazing throughout the Perth metropolitan area. This is a hands-on role offering plenty of variety, consistent local work and the opportunity to take responsibility on site.

About the Role

The successful applicant will work across a wide range of glazing projects, including:

- Shower screens and splashbacks

- Aluminium windows and doors

- Residential window and door retrofits

- Commercial glazing and shopfronts

- Commercial fit-outs

- Glass replacement and reglazing

- General service and repair work

- Emergency make-safe and after-hours call-outs

- Measuring, ordering and installing glass and associated products

- Supervising jobs and providing direction to other team members when required

- Communicating professionally with clients, builders and other trades

This position includes participation in our rotating after-hours standby roster. The current roster requires team members to be on call for one week, followed by approximately eight weeks off the roster. Applicants must be willing and able to respond to emergency glazing and make-safe call-outs during their rostered week.

About You

To be considered for this position, you will need:

A recognised glazing trade qualification

- Strong residential and commercial glazing experience





- A current unrestricted WA driver’s licence

- Availability to participate in the rotating after-hours standby roster

- The ability to respond reliably to emergency call-outs during your rostered week

- The ability to complete work independently and to a high standard

- Experience supervising jobs or leading other tradespeople

- Strong measuring, problem-solving and installation skills

- Good communication and customer-service skills

- A professional attitude and respect for clients’ homes and workplaces

- A strong understanding of workplace safety

- Reliability, initiative and pride in your workmanship
