The opportunity

- Reporting to the Community Aged Care & Disability Services Manager, you will provide practical leadership and quality oversight across aged care and disability services.
- This is a hands-on regional role that combines client support, care coordination, workforce development and compliance.
- You will spend time with frontline teams and communities, helping staff build confidence, strengthening consistency of practice and ensuring services remain responsive to local needs.
- Travel regularly to remote communities to provide direct support, mentoring and quality oversight.
- Monitor service quality, documentation and compliance with the Aged Care Quality Standards and NDIS Practice Standards.

About you





You are a confident community services qualified who can build trust quickly, work independently and provide practical support in diverse environments. You understand that effective quality leadership is built through relationships, clear expectations and consistent follow-through.

- Certificate IV or higher in Community Services, Aged Care, Disability or a related field.
- Experience in aged care, disability or community services.
- Demonstrated experience in staff coaching, mentoring, training or practice support.
- Knowledge of the Aged Care Quality Standards and/or NDIS Practice Standards.
- Experience supporting client assessments, care planning and service reviews.
- Flexibility to travel regularly, including road travel, overnight stays and work in remote communities.
- Current National Police Clearance, current Working with Children Check, or willingness to obtain one, NDIS Worker Screening Check, or willingness to obtain one.
- Current C Class Driver’s Licence.
- Full Australian working rights and the ability to relocate to the Pilbara region.
