A leading Australian FMCG manufacturer is seeking a Multi-Skilled Maintenance Technician to join their growing engineering team.

This is a rare opportunity for a genuine Dual Trade Technician with both mechanical and electrical capabilities to work across highly automated production, packaging and warehouse systems.

Working a stable Monday-Friday afternoon shift (12pm-8pm), you'll play a critical role in maintaining site reliability, responding to breakdowns, completing preventative maintenance and supporting continuous improvement initiatives across a contemporary manufacturing environment.

What You'll Be Working On

- High-speed food manufacturing equipment

- Conveyors and automated material handling systems

- Pick-to-Light technology

- Packaging machinery

- Carton sealers and pallet wrappers

- Motors, VSDs and sensors

- Pneumatic systems

- PLC-controlled equipment





- Continuous improvement projects

What you'll need to succeed

- NSW Electrical Licence + Mechanical Trade Qualification (Dual Trade)
- Strong mechanical and electrical fault-finding capability

- Experience within FMCG, manufacturing, warehousing or automation

- Exposure to conveyors, packaging machinery or automated systems

- Strong problem-solving mindset
