About the role

Working from our Loganholme office, you will assist customers and support our sales and estimating activities from initial enquiry through to quotation and follow-up.

Key responsibilities

- Responding to sales enquiries by phone and email

- Speaking confidently and professionally with customers

- Preparing quotations for commercial projects

- Following up quotations and identifying potential sales opportunities

- Recording customer and project information accurately

- Providing friendly and reliable customer service

- Using online construction-project platforms to identify new opportunities

- Assisting the estimating and sales team with general administration

- Attending occasional site visits throughout the Brisbane region

About you

- A positive, enthusiastic and professional attitude

- Confident and friendly telephone communication

- Strong written communication skills

- A genuine commitment to customer service

- Good computer skills, including Outlook, Word and Excel

- Strong organisation and time-management skills

- Reliability, punctuality and attention to detail

- The confidence to follow up customers and ask for the sale

- A willingness to learn our products and quoting systems





- An Australian driver's licence is preferred, as occasional site visits within the Brisbane region are required
