Team Leader | Large-Format Retail

We're partnering with a well-established national retailer to find an experienced Team Leader to join their leadership team.
This is a hands-on leadership role where you'll be out on the shop floor, leading from the front and making a genuine impact across sales, service, team performance and day-to-day store operations.

About the role

You'll play a key role in supporting the store leadership team and driving the team towards commercial success.

You'll be responsible for:

- Leading, coaching and developing a team of up to 20
- Driving sales, service and KPI performance
- Leading by example across the shop floor
- Supporting merchandising and stock management
- Understanding sales trends, top sellers and team performance




- Managing high stock volumes and maintaining operational standards
- Creating an outstanding customer experience
- Supporting the store leadership team to achieve budgets and targets

What we're looking for

- Previous leadership experience within a large-format retail environment
- Experience leading and developing a sizeable team
- Strong understanding of retail KPIs and commercial performance
- Experience working with high stock volumes
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- A genuine passion for the outdoors or an active lifestyle would be highly regarded
- First Aid certified, or willing to obtain certification
- Full-time availability across late nights and weekends
- Full working rights in Australia
