Stamco Group is seeking an experienced Maintenance Manager for an opportunity based in Kalgoorlie, WA. This position will take ownership of maintenance operations, equipment reliability and planning, while leading maintenance personnel and ensuring plant and equipment remain safe, compliant and fit for purpose.

The Role
You’ll work closely with the Project Manager to oversee maintenance activities across the operation, including:

- Managing maintenance planning, preventative maintenance and shutdown schedules
- Maximising equipment availability and minimising downtime
- Managing plant, equipment, spare parts and inventory
- Monitoring maintenance budgets and controlling costs
- Leading and supporting maintenance employees and contractors
- Ensuring compliance with site, statutory and safety requirements
- Driving continuous improvement across maintenance systems and asset performance

About You
To be considered,



you will ideally have:

- 5–10 years’ experience within mining or a similar industry
- Electrical trade qualification – essential
- Electrical Engineering qualification – desirable
- Underground metalliferous mining experience
- Knowledge of PLC and/or electrical systems used on underground mining equipment
- Strong leadership, planning and problem-solving skills
- Basic ICAM experience
