The Prospect

You'll take ownership of commercial fitout and refurbishment projects from pre-construction through to handover.





You'll lead experienced project and site teams, backed by strong systems and accessible senior management.

The emphasis is on leadership, commercial performance and client relationships. You'll have the autonomy to make decisions and lead your projects without layers of management slowing you down.

About You

- Tertiary qualification in construction

- Strong commercial fitout and refurbishment portfolio

- Excellent commercial and contractual knowledge

- Strong client relationships

- Proven project leadership experience

- Stable employment history

- Reliable references
