Cornerstone HR is recruiting for an experienced Transport Coordinator based in Hazelmere.

Hours: Monday – Friday, 10am – 6pm

About the Role:
• Coordinate afternoon transport and fleet operations
• Manage driver despatch, deliveries and daily manifests
• Monitor driver compliance and fatigue management requirements
• Complete driver debriefs and review runsheets/PODs
• Coordinate loading and unloading requirements
• Complete operational reporting and data entry

What We’re Looking For:
• Previous transport or logistics experience
• Fleet control or despatch coordination experience
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
• Positive computer and Microsoft Office skills
• Strong attention to detail with reporting and data entry
• Knowledge of fatigue management and transport compliance
