Swissôtel Sydney, part of Accor’s Premium brands, has an exciting opportunity for two motivated and driven Commis Chefs to join our kitchen brigade in the Breakfast section on a Full-Time basis.

About the role:

- Food preparation and production to deliver innovative and inspired dishes aimed to exceed customer and guest expectations.

- Ensure food standards, preparation,



presentation and cooking techniques are established and monitored to meet set guidelines.

- Ensure the highest standard of hygiene is practiced and maintained to meet Health & Safety regulations and HACCP food preparation guidelines.

About You:

- The ability to work most effectively in a team environment.

- A fantastic attitude in providing quality work and service.

- Previous experience in à la carte and/or buffet services and a flair for presentation.

- Quality and portion control.

- Understanding Food Safety industry requirements.

- Ability to work a rotating roster, including early mornings (as required for breakfast service), weekends and Public Holidays.

- Possess working right in Australia.
