MPC Solutions is seeking an experienced Gold Room Operator to join our valued gold mining client on a 8/6 days only, contract basis (with a view to go permanent) in the Goldfield region of Western Australia. As a Gold Room Operator, you will play a crucial role in the mining and processing operations, ensuring the efficient and safe handling of precious metals.

What you'll be doing

- Operate and maintain a range of gold room equipment and machinery including Furnaces and other equipment
- Ensure maximum gold recovery during the elution and electrowinning process
- Adhere to strict gold handling procedure and security protocols
- Accurately record and report all gold room activities and outputs
- Housekeeping and safety: identify and report safety hazards or equipment faults immediately

What we're looking for

- Minimum 1- 2 years' experience a Gold Room Operator.
- Strong understanding of gold room operations and equipment
- Demonstrated problem-solving and troubleshooting skills




- Excellent attention to detail and commitment to quality and safety
- Effective communication and teamwork skills

Roster and more:

- 8/6 days only - fly-in fly-out from Perth or DIDO from Kalgoorlie
- Temp to Permanent
- Fantastic site camp with wet/dry mess, basketball court, gym and recreation rooms.
- Delicious in office food catering
- $63-$70 per hour + super depending on experience.
