About the role

As an Opella Sales Representative, you will represent some of Australia's most trusted self-care brands, including Telfast, Bisolvon, Ostelin, Cenovis and Nature's Own across community pharmacies throughout your territory. You will be responsible for achieving sales targets, growing product distribution, delivering standout merchandising, and building strong relationships with pharmacy customers. This role plays an important part in ensuring consumers can easily access the products they rely on every day.

Key responsibilities

- Visit community pharmacies across your territory to build strong customer relationships and deliver commercial outcomes

- Achieve sales targets and execution objectives set for your region

- Increase product distribution, shelf presence and in-store visibility across pharmacy accounts

- Execute promotional campaigns and major customer activations to a high standard

- Monitor competitor activity and share insights to support business growth opportunities

- Ensure point-of-sale materials are displayed correctly and products remain readily available for consumers

- Maintain accurate reporting,



call frequency and account standards while working in line with company policies and safety requirements

About you

- Experience in sales, account management, customer service or a related customer-facing role

- FMCG, consumer healthcare or pharmacy experience will be highly regarded

- Strong communication and relationship-building skills with a customer-first approach

- Self-motivated, organised and able to work independently across a field-based territory

- Demonstrated ability to achieve targets and manage multiple priorities

- Positive, can-do attitude with a willingness to learn and grow

- Current driver's licence and ability to travel throughout the assigned territory
