About the Role

Reporting to the Senior HSE Advisor, the HSE Field Advisor plays a critical role in supporting health, safety and environmental performance across Strike Drilling's exploration drilling operations.

This is a hands-on, field-based role where you will work closely with drill crews, supervisors and operational leaders to provide practical HSE guidance, support compliance activities and drive continuous improvement initiatives. You will be a visible presence in the field, helping to foster a positive safety culture through coaching, engagement and leadership.

Key Responsibilities:

- Promote and maintain a positive safety culture across all drilling operations through visible field leadership, coaching and engagement with employees.

- Provide practical HSE advice and support to drill crews, supervisors and operational leaders.

- Conduct workplace inspections, audits, observations and risk assessments to identify hazards and verify compliance.





- Assist with incident investigations and support the implementation and close-out of corrective actions.

- Deliver HSE training, inductions, toolbox talks and safety communications to build workforce capability and awareness.

- Support the implementation, maintenance and continuous improvement of HSE policies, procedures, systems and initiatives.

- Monitor compliance with procedures, permits, risk management processes and environmental controls.

- Build strong working relationships with employees, clients and stakeholders to drive continuous improvement in health, safety and environmental performance.

Role Requirements:

- Exploration drilling industry experience (highly regarded)

- Certificate IV in Work Health and Safety

- ICAM Incident Investigation training.

- Current First Aid qualification.

- Internal Auditor training.

- Experience working within ISO management systems.

- Current First Aid qualification

- National Police Clearance

- Current C Class Driver's Licence.
