Key Responsibilities

- Lead and supervise hard landscape (minor civil works, paving works, and associated works).

- Plan and coordinate daily work activities.

- Read and interpret construction drawings and specifications.

- Ensure projects are delivered safely, efficiently, and to program.

- Maintain high-quality workmanship across all hard landscaping elements.

- Coordinate plant, materials, subcontractors, and deliveries.

- Complete site documentation, toolbox talks, and daily reports.

- Liaise with clients’ representative, suppliers, and subcontractors.

- Minimum 5 years' experience in commercial construction industry. (Tier 1 project experience will be an advantage)

- Previous experience as a Leading Hand or Foreman.

- Robust knowledge of hard landscaping, including:

- Concrete works

- Paving and stone installation

- Retaining walls

- Kerbs and edging

- Street furniture installation

- Drainage and civil landscape works

- White Card (essential).

- MR Licence, plant tickets, and First Aid (will be an advantage).
