What You'll Be Doing

- Consultative Sales & Client Flexibility: Guide clients through site assessments and custom design packages,



maintaining the flexibility to accommodate client schedules and after-hours appointments when needed.

- Pipeline Management: Take full ownership of your sales funnel, methodically managing leads within our CRM from initial contact through to contract.

- Display & Office Presence: Split your time between our central Bendigo office and active display locations, delivering high-level client consultations.

- Team Collaboration: Work hand-in-hand with technical construction and estimating teams to transition preliminary agreements into completed builds smoothly.

- Proactive Prospecting: Actively self-generate leads, network within the local community, and build direct referral relationships with land developers, real estate agents, and local brokers.

What You'll Bring

- Proven Sales Drive: Background in high-ticket sales, new home consulting, real estate, or commercial sales with a clear history of meeting and exceeding targets.
