Malpass Hotel is looking for a casual Cook & All-Rounder to join our team!

We’re looking for someone who is reliable, hardworking and enjoys working in a fast-paced hospitality environment. Experience in a commercial kitchen is preferred, but we’re also happy to consider someone with a outstanding attitude who is willing to learn.

What you'll be doing:

- Preparing and cooking food to a high standard

- Assisting with food preparation and kitchen operations

- Maintaining a clean, organised and safe kitchen

- Following food safety and hygiene procedures

- Assisting the team during busy service periods

- General hospitality and venue duties when required

- Working as part of a friendly and supportive team

What we're looking for:

- Previous kitchen or hospitality experience preferred

- Reliable and punctual

- Good communication skills





- Ability to work well under pressure

- Strong attention to cleanliness and food safety

- Positive attitude and willingness to learn

- Ability to work evenings, weekends and public holidays as required
