Job Title: Business Analyst | Requirements & Process Improvement
Deliver business analysis across a complex Australian Government digital delivery environment, defining requirements, improving business processes and engaging diverse stakeholders. This role requires full-time onsite attendance in Canberra.

Location: Canberra, ACT
Work Arrangement: Full-time onsite – 5 days in office
Contract Duration: 12 months, with possible 2 x 12-month extensions
Security Clearance Requirement: NV1
Closing Date: 10.00am, 5 October 2026

Essential Tasks:

- Define, manage and prioritise business, functional and non-functional requirements.
- Develop BA artefacts including user stories, BPMN models and business rules.
- Analyse complex business situations and identify process improvement opportunities.
- Facilitate stakeholder input, establish requirements baselines and maintain traceability.

Key Criteria:

- Proven business analysis experience with relevant industry certifications.
- Robust requirements definition,



business modelling and process improvement capability.
- Experience in business situation analysis, consultancy and feasibility assessment.
- Strong stakeholder relationship management and communication skills.
