- Consultative High-End Sales: Guide prospective buyers through initial inquiries, conduct site assessments, and tailor custom design packages to suit complex client requirements and budgets.

- Pipeline Management: Methodically track and convert leads, taking total accountability for your sales funnel from initial contact through to contract.

- Developer & Broker Networks: Build and nurture active partnerships with local real estate agents, land developers, local councils, and financial brokers.

- Display & Client Meetings: Conduct professional client consultations and maintain high standards of representation at our sales office and display locations.
