Having a Cert III or IV in Commercial Cookery, Advanced or Associate Diploma and minimum 3 years experience in rapid paced, high volume venues will certainly enhance your application. Along with this you will be required to have great communication skills and a positive attitude geared towards teamwork and continual learning whilst performing all aspects of general kitchen operations.

Key Responsibilities:

- Planning menus, estimating costs, and ordering supplies.

- Supervising cooks and kitchen staff, demonstrating techniques, and training.

- Preparing and cooking food, ensuring quality and presentation.

- Implementing and enforcing hygiene and safety regulations (HACCP).

- Managing kitchen operations

- Must be available to work weekends and flexible shifts as required.

- Must be willing to commit long term. No short term or traveller positions available.

- Must have valid Australian work rights and be eligible to work in NSW.

- Current Food Safety Certificate is essential.
