You will be the first point of contact for clients, offering them exceptional customer service. You will also work within a team environment. Full support and training will be given to the right candidate.



Whilst real estate experience would be an asset, the correct attitude and customer service skills are essential.

Duties include but not limited to:

-Oversee front reception

-Liaising with clients

-Managing the phones and front desk

-Assisting with Property Management enquiries

-Assisting with general administration

-Writing up ingoing and outgoing mail

-Maintaining the key register

Skills & Experience:

-Receptionist in a corporate office

-Attention to detail

-Able to communicate effectively

-Immaculate presentation

-Real Estate experience desirable
