The Opportunity

We’re looking for an experienced and career-driven Lending Specialist ready to lead and grow our lending division! Supported by a strong internal referral network, referral partnerships and an established client base, you'll be responsible for driving lending outcomes, building relationships and expanding the lending portfolio. For the right person, there is a clear pathway to future equity and ownership.

This role will be primarily based in our Adelaide CBD office, with an expectation that the successful candidate will regularly work offsite meeting clients, strengthening referral relationships and building new business opportunities.

Key responsibilities

- Provide tailored residential, commercial and asset lending solutions aligned with clients' goals.

- Manage the end-to-end lending journey, from enquiry and pre-approval through to settlement.

- Ensure lending recommendations and documentation meet compliance and regulatory requirements.

- Proactively build robust client and referral partner relationships, expand professional networks, and generate sustainable lending opportunities through a strong referral pipeline.





- Maintain and strengthen existing relationships with external referral partners

- Review client portfolios and identify refinancing and lending opportunities.

- Collaborate with internal teams, support staff and external stakeholders to deliver outstanding client outcomes

About you

- Certificate IV in Finance and Mortgage Broking

- Diploma of Finance and Mortgage Broking (highly regarded)

- Minimum 5+ years experience

- Strong relationship building and stakeholder management skills

- Proven ability to generate lending opportunities through client and referral partner networks

- High attention to detail and strong organisational skills

- Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment

- Self-motivated with the ability to work autonomously

- Current Australian Driver’s licence

- Current MFAA or FBAA membership highly regarded
