AIM Mining Corporation is an emerging gold exploration and development company operating the Warrawoona Gold Project and progressing development at our Nullagine Gold Project in the East Pilbara region of Western Australia.

We are looking for a motivated Occupational Hygiene Technician to join our Health, Safety & Training team at Nullagine. This role supports the implementation of AIM’s Occupational Hygiene Program and helps protect the health of our workforce.

About the Role

In this site-based FIFO role, you will assist with the monitoring and management of workplace health hazards including dust, noise, heat, diesel particulate matter and hazardous substances across mining, processing and maintenance areas.

You will work closely with the HSE team and operational departments to support monitoring programs, workplace inspections, exposure data management and compliance activities. The role involves regular site travel and remote driving.

Key Responsibilities

- Conduct occupational hygiene monitoring including dust, noise, heat stress and vibration

- Assist with monitoring programs for silica, diesel particulate matter (DPM) and airborne contaminants

- Set up, calibrate and maintain monitoring equipment including dust pumps and noise dosimeters

- Collect personal and area exposure samples in line with recognised standards

- Maintain hygiene monitoring databases and exposure registers

- Assist with monitoring reports and exposure summaries





- Conduct workplace inspections and health hazard assessments

- Support risk assessments and verification of health-related critical controls

- Assist with implementation of occupational hygiene management plans

Administrative Responsibilities

- Maintain accurate hygiene monitoring records and documentation

- Enter monitoring data into site safety management systems (eg INX)

- Assist with scheduling hygiene monitoring programs

- Maintain equipment calibration and hygiene equipment registers

- Coordinate laboratory analysis for samples

- Support regulatory reporting and document control

- Assist with general OHS administration including data entry and purchase orders in Pronto

About You

You are a proactive and detail-oriented individual with an interest in workplace health and safety.

Ideally you will have:

- A qualification in Occupational Hygiene or a related field (desirable)

- Experience in mining, processing or heavy industry (preferred)

- Exposure to hygiene monitoring equipment such as dust pumps or noise dosimeters

- Understanding of occupational exposure standards and workplace health hazards

- Strong organisational and administrative skills

- Good communication skills and the ability to work across operational teams

- Solid computer skills including Microsoft Office and safety systems
