ABOUT THE ROLE

As a Service Technician, you will provide technical support to customers, servicing and repairing pool and spa equipment.

Your day will include:

• Diagnosing and repairing pool and spa equipment
• Troubleshooting technical issues and finding solutions
• Visiting customer sites across Brisbane
• Providing professional customer service and technical advice
• Managing vehicle stock and spare parts




• Completing service reports and returning faulty components for assessment

WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR

• Experience in the pool and spa industry is highly desirable
• Strong mechanical and technical troubleshooting skills
• Positive problem-solving ability
• Excellent customer service skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Current Class C Driver’s Licence (essential)
• Restricted Electrical Licence (advantageous)
