We’re looking for a hands-on creative responsible for managing social media across a unique portfolio of Melbourne hospitality venues.

The Role
We’re looking for a Social Media Manager to lead social and assist with digital channels. A hands-on creative responsible for capturing, creating, editing and publishing multimedia across our unique portfolio of Melbourne hospitality venues. From food and drinks to live music, events and real guest moments, you’ll bring each brand to life through engaging, high-quality content.

Working closely with the marketing team and venue managers, you’ll develop and execute a cohesive social roadmap across all platforms, aligned with weekly and monthly campaigns and event calendars.

You will be prepared to work flexible hours / nights & weekends required for content capture.

About You

- 3+ years managing social media across multiple brands (hospitality/lifestyle preferred)

- Strong photography and videography skills with a sharp eye for detail

- Skilled in short-form video creation (filming, editing, publishing)

- Experience with Meta & Google (paid + organic strategy)

- Confident using tools like Sked, Meta Business Suite, CapCut & Adobe Creative Suite (WordPress a bonus)

- Solid storytelling and communication skills

- Data-aware — able to analyse performance and optimise content

- Across trends,



algorithms and platform best practices

- Is highly organised, proactive and comfortable managing multiple brands

- Has a strong eye for great content and knows how to capture the personality of a venue, not just make it look good

- Has excellent communication and people skills and is comfortable working with venue teams, customers, DJs, chefs, suppliers and external partners

- Understands social media instinctively – what people engage with, what feels authentic and what makes someone stop scrolling

- Has strong attention to detail and takes pride in producing work that represents our brands well

- Is a self-starter with creative energy and a genuine passion for hospitality
