We are looking for an experienced Barista All-Rounder to join our busy Jamaica Blue Café at Northland Shopping Centre.

This is a part time, long-term position for an experienced, reliable and committed team member who can confidently perform the role with minimal training.

Key responsibilities:
Preparing high-quality coffee and other café beverages
Producing consistent latte art
Providing friendly and skilled customer service
Taking customer orders and operating the POS
Serving food and drinks
Assisting with general café duties
Keeping the front counter and service areas clean and organised
Supporting the team during busy periods

Essential requirements:
Minimum 2 years of hands-on barista experience
Strong and confident coffee-making skills
Ability to produce consistent latte art
Previous experience working in a busy café setting




Good customer service and communication skills
Reliable, punctual and responsible
Able to work effectively as part of a team
Genuine interest in a stable, long-term position

Coffee-making and latte art skills may be assessed during the recruitment process.

Pay: $27.00 – $39.00 per hour
