About the Role

We are seeking a reliable and hardworking Egg Collector to join our farm team in Milang, South Australia.

This is a part-time position involving the collection, handling and general care of eggs within a commercial egg farm environment. The role is well suited to someone who enjoys practical, hands-on work and is comfortable working independently as well as part of a team.

Key Responsibilities
Collecting eggs
Handling and packing eggs carefully and efficiently
Maintaining cleanliness and hygiene standards within work areas
Identifying and reporting damaged or unsuitable eggs
Following farm procedures and workplace health and safety requirements
Assisting with general farm duties as required
Working efficiently to meet daily production requirements

This role is perfect for someone looking for a part time position for a few hours a day, a few times a week.

Reliable and punctual
Physically capable of performing repetitive, hands-on work
Comfortable working in a farm environment
Able to follow instructions and workplace procedures
Responsible and attentive to detail
Able to work independently and as part of a team
Available to work Tuesday, Thursday, Saturday and Sunday from 10:00 AM to 2:00 PM

Previous egg collection, poultry or farm experience is preferred but not essential.

Being located in or around the Adelaide Hills / Fleurieu region is preferred due to the location of the farm, however this is not essential.
