We're recruiting two Yard/Processing Staff to join our construction waste processing operation in Dandenong South. This is an entry-level, hands-on role — no experience necessary, full training provided. Outstanding chance for someone looking to build a career in a key industry.

The role:
Sorting, processing, and handling construction waste materials in an indoor facility
Physically demanding work involving regular lifting and manual handling.
Operating yard machinery — full training provided, no licences or tickets required to start
General yard duties — equipment support, site upkeep, safe material handling
Working as part of a small, close-knit team reporting to the site manager

What we're looking for:
Physically fit and able to manage sustained manual work
Reliable, punctual, and safety-conscious
No specific tickets, licences, or experience required — we'll train the right person
Excavator/loader and heavy vehicle experience highly regarded but not essential

Pay: $32.50 – $35.50 per hour
