Our client, a leading global logistics company, is currently seeking an experienced Transport Administrator for an immediate start in Bendigo.

This is an ongoing Monday to Friday position working 9am-5pm, with flexibility for the afternoon shift, 1pm-9pm.

Your duties will include:
Transport administration and data entry
Processing manifests and transport documentation
Booking and scheduling deliveries
Processing returns
Communicating with drivers and internal teams
Updating transport systems and records
General administrative duties as required

To be successful in this role, you will need to have the following:
Previous transport, logistics or administration experience
Robust data entry and attention to detail
Good communication and organisational skills
Ability to work efficiently in a quick-paced environment
Availability to work Monday to Friday, 9am–5pm, with flexibility for the afternoon shift, 1pm-9pm.
Full working rights in Australia
Current Police Check or willingness to obtain
PPE required – Hi-Vis and steel cap safety boots
