Job Title: Sales Agent (Commission-Based with salary) — Printing Company

About the Role: We are looking for a motivated Sales Agent to bring new print jobs and long-term clients to our printing company. This is a performance-driven role: your income is directly tied to the sales you generate. There is no ceiling — sell more, earn more.

What You'll Do
Find and approach new business leads (local companies, schools, event organizers, retailers, etc.)
Promote our printing services (business cards, flyers, banners, large-format, custom merchandise, shop front signs, warehouse signage, event signage, all promotional printing materials etc.)
Understand client needs and propose the right print solutions
Close deals and bring repeat business
Maintain positive client relationships for referrals and ongoing orders

What We're Looking For




Strong communication and persuasion skills
Self-motivated, goal-oriented, comfortable
Positive networking or local business connections are a plus
No formal printing experience required — we'll train you on our products

Compensation
Earn a fixed percentage of every sale you bring in
Higher volume = higher effective earnings (uncapped commission)
Paid per completed/confirmed job or monthly, as agreed
Additionally happy to discuss for a part role with fixed salary in the company.
