SUPPORT WORKER – ONGOING POSITION

CareComm Services is looking for a reliable, caring, and patient support worker to support a young participant with school, home, and community activities.

SHIFT AVAILABILITY

2 Weekdays per Week – $38/hour
Days are adaptable and can be selected based on your availability.

Morning: Monday–Friday | 6:30 AM–8:30 AM
Attend the participant’s home
Assist her to get ready for school
Drop her off at school by 8:30 AM

Afternoon: Monday–Wednesday | 4:00 PM – 7:00 PM or Thursday–Friday | 3:00 PM–6:00 PM
Pick her up from school
Bring her home.
Support with activities at home

Saturday | 9:00 AM – 1:00 PM $56.55/hour Ongoing support | Consistent availability preferred
