This Role is Best Suited for Someone with Front of House (FOH) Experience

The Front of House (FOH) Team Member is responsible for delivering a high standard of customer service in a quick-paced café setting. This role involves guest engagement, taking orders, preparing and serving beverages (including frappes), maintaining cleanliness, and supporting daily store operations.

Key Responsibilities:

● Greet all guests warmly and provide prompt, friendly, and accurate service.

● Take and process orders efficiently using the POS system.

● Prepare and serve beverages such as frappes to company standards.

● Ensure the front counter, service areas, and dining spaces are always kept clean and tidy.

● Complete any checklist in line with company SOP’s

● Perform daily and weekly cleaning tasks,



including equipment, and utensils.

● Replenish product displays and ensure correct merchandising.

● Manage customer inquiries and resolve issues in a skilled manner.

● Always adhere to food safety and hygiene procedures.

● Support team members during peak periods and assist in opening/closing tasks as required.

● Plus, other ad hoc duties across the venue, which may involve duties from other sections of the business, which may be required from time to time to ensure the venue runs efficiently and effectively.

Pay: $26.44 – $44.94 per hour
