Location: Office based in Mordialloc, VIC (sites across Melbourne)

Pay Rate: $32.00 – $35.00 / hour + super (Casual)

Hours: Monday – Friday (Full-time casual hours)

About the Role

We are seeking a reliable, hardworking Labourer to join our team based out of Mordialloc for construction site cleaning and detailed handover cleans. This is a consistent Monday to Friday casual position with ongoing work for the right candidate. You will be driving a company vehicle to various job sites throughout Melbourne to explicit debris, maintain clean working environments, and prep sites for completion.

Key Duties
Clearing construction waste, timber offcuts, and general debris from sites




Performing initial rough cleans and detailed final handover cleans for newly built or renovated sites
Safely loading rubbish and materials into the company Ute and disposing of waste
Sweeping, vacuuming, pressure washing, and wiping down site surfaces
Ensuring job sites meet safety and cleanliness standards

Key Requirements
Valid Driver’s License
Valid White Card (Construction Induction)
Reliability: Punctual, hardworking, and ready to complete physical labour
Fitness: Physically fit and comfortable lifting, bending, and carrying loads
Attention to Detail: Pride in turning messy job sites into clean, protected environments
