We are looking for an experienced chef to join our restaurant team.
Must have experience cooking Nepali and South Asian cuisine.
Experience with momo and traditional Nepali food is preferred.
Must be able to prepare food to a consistently high standard.
Knowledge of food safety, hygiene, and kitchen procedures is essential.
Ability to manage food preparation, cooking, and kitchen organisation.
Must be able to work efficiently in a busy restaurant workplace.
Experience ordering ingredients and controlling food costs is an advantage.
Must be reliable, hardworking, and able to work versatile schedule, including evenings and weekends.
