TEMPORARY RECEPTIONIST | PERTH CBD | $38 PER HOUR + SUPER We are currently seeking a polished and personable Receptionist to join a well-established corporate organisation based in the Perth CBD.

This is an urgent temporary requirement for someone who is immediately available and looking to secure consistent work within a qualified corporate workplace.

As the first point of contact for the organisation, you will play an important role in creating a welcoming and professional experience for clients, visitors and staff. You'll be joining a friendly and professional team and will be well supported in the role.

ABOUT THE ROLE

Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:
Managing a reception area and welcoming visitors in a professional and friendly manner
Answering and directing incoming phone calls
Managing general enquiries and directing visitors to the appropriate team members
Coordinating meeting rooms and assisting with meeting room bookings
Managing incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries
Providing general administration and office support as required
Assisting with maintaining a professional and organised front-of-house environment




Supporting the wider office team with ad hoc administrative tasks

ABOUT YOU

We are looking for someone who is confident, approachable and enjoys being the face of a professional organisation.

You will ideally have
Previous experience in reception, front-of-house, administration, hospitality or customer service
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
A polished and professional presentation
Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
The ability to confidently manage multiple tasks and competing priorities
A friendly and proactive approach
Strong computer literacy and the ability to pick up new systems quickly THE DETAILS

Regular office hours

Fully office based, Monday to Friday
