Role Description This is a contract Technical Content Writer role in a remote work arrangement.

The Technical Content

Writer will create and maintain clear, accurate documentation and web content for optical systems, including product manuals, technical guides, FAQs, and knowledge base articles. The role involves translating complex engineering concepts into accessible content for both technical and non-technical audiences, while adhering to brand voice and style guidelines. Day-to-day tasks include collaborating with engineers and product managers, conducting research and interviews to gather technical information,



and reviewing existing materials for clarity, consistency, and accuracy.

The Technical Content

Writer will also support content planning and optimization across digital channels to improve customer understanding and product adoption.

Qualifications
Candidates should possess robust Web Content Writing and Writing skills, with an ability to explain complex technical concepts in clear, concise language.
Candidates should possess Content Strategy and Research skills to plan, structure, and validate technical content across multiple platforms.
Candidates should possess solid Proofreading skills and attention to detail to ensure accuracy, consistency, and quality in all published materials.
Relevant experience in technical writing, engineering documentation, or optical/industrial products is highly beneficial.
Strong collaboration and communication skills to work effectively with multidisciplinary teams in a hybrid environment.
Proficiency with documentation tools, CMS platforms advantageous.
A degree or equivalent experience in Technical Writing, Engineering, Physics, Communications, or a related discipline is preferred.
