This is a foundation role — you'll be one of the people who sets how this office delivers, how we treat clients, and what it feels like to work here.

The Role

Full time, Brisbane-based, delivering across Brisbane and South East Queensland.

You'll hold principal accountability for major projects from early planning through procurement, construction and handover — the senior client-facing name on the engagement, advising executives, project boards and steering committees. Alongside delivery, you'll help build the business: directing procurement and contract strategy,



setting the delivery standards and governance the Queensland team works to, mentoring project managers, and supporting bids and client relationships as the pipeline grows.

What You'll Bring
10+ years delivering infrastructure or property projects, ideally client-side
Demonstrated procurement and contract management capability across a range of delivery models
Tertiary qualifications in construction management, engineering, project management or a related discipline
RPEQ registration and/or QBCC licensing highly regarded — held or in progress
Commercial judgement and composure, with the confidence to make calls on incomplete information
The presence to build trust quickly with clients, delivery partners and a growing team
A track record of developing people, not just projects
Energetic, driven and reliable, and genuinely enjoy a fun, rapid-paced workplace
