About the Role

FUEL POINT PTY LTD is seeking a reliable, detail-oriented Retail Supervisor to join our team. This role is central to ensuring the smooth and productive day-to-day operation of our retail setting.

Key Duties and Responsibilities
Overseeing day-to-day customer service operations to maintain high standards of service and product quality.
Handling customer feedback, concerns, and service-related issues, and taking appropriate steps to resolve them effectively.
Organising staff rosters, allocating responsibilities, and coordinating employee duties according to operational requirements.
Supporting the recruitment, onboarding, training, performance assessment, and ongoing supervision of employees while addressing workplace concerns.
Monitoring sales procedures and staff practices,



including providing guidance on complex customer transactions and handling product returns appropriately.
Conducting stock checks, arranging replenishment orders, and ensuring products are accurately priced, presented, and managed in accordance with workplace safety and security procedures.

Requirements
Strong organisational and communication skills
Excellent leadership abilities with the capacity to motivate and inspire a team
Proactive, with effective problem-solving skills
Adaptable availability, including weekends and public holidays
Ability to drive results and lead a team toward achieving business goals.
