At Fair Dinkum Builds Coffs Harbour, we aim to deliver the ultimate end-to-end solution for customers looking to purchase steel structures including carports, and residential and commercial sheds.

Our ideal candidate will look past the steel structure of a shed or garage and see the value it adds to people's lives. Rather than sticking to the basic sales questions of "what colour, how many doors?", you'll understand what your client actually needs the space for and help design something that truly fits — a hobby space, home office, gym, equine facility, the possibilities are endless.

Duties will include:
Meeting clients in their homes or businesses to consult and measure
Compiling quotes using specialised design software
Supporting clients through their journey from quote through to build, working closely with our office and build teams
Servicing the Woolgoolga to Macksville area
Working towards team and branch budgets/KPI’s





To be successful in this role you should:
Have an energetic attitude and a genuine desire to achieve results
Work well as part of a wider team, reporting to our Sales Manager
Have robust communication skills, both written and verbal
Be punctual, dependable, and reliable
Have a high level of attention to detail
Bring a commonsense, customer-first approach to every interaction
Able to manage your own workload within a team structure

Knowledge of steel products and shed building would be highly regarded but isn't essential — full training is provided. The successful applicant will be remunerated via wage, superannuation, and participation in a bonus system. This is an immediate start, offering long-term, secure employment with a supportive management and build team around you.
