Overview

This is an individual contributor role that will be responsible for driving Qualified Services Revenue and Growth in ANZ with high level of customer satisfaction primarily in the field of Waters solutions. The incumbent will be responsible for installing and maintaining systems including liquid chromatography and Informatics systems and related professional services activities. This incumbent must demonstrate a strong focus on customer satisfaction as well as excellent technical and troubleshooting skills.

As a member of the Waters Global Service organization, the incumbent will gain fruitful insights into this international service portfolio of a dynamic organization.

Responsibilities
Drive Growth and Achieve AOP for Professional Services in ANZ (03PS)
Installation, troubleshooting and support of Informatics products
Scope, Document and Manage long term skilled services projects E.g. Computerized systems validation
Establish and maintain effective relationships with external and internal customers ensuring their success




Manage customer expectations by communicating work performed and providing follow-up plan if needed
Ensure customer compliance regulations are followed

Qualifications
Diploma / Bachelor’s Degree in Electronic / Electrical Engineering, Chemistry or a science related field
Minimum of 3 years of experience with Quality Assurance, Regulatory, GAMP, CSV
Experience with Chromatography Data Systems like Empower
Preferred but not mandatory knowledge on TGA, GAMP, US FDA, MHRA Regulations
Excellent communication & interpersonal skills
Valid Driver's License in good standing is mandatory
Must possess a robust customer focus
Robust communication skills; ability to communicate effectively with a diverse audience with specific customer needs

Analytical mindset with a strong drive to resolve open issues
