Therole would suit someone with a Toolmaker, Fitter/Machinist or similar mechanical background, or someone with strong machine operating and troubleshooting experience.Hours: Monday to Thursday 7am to 3:30pm & Friday 7am to 1:30pmKey Responsibilities:Set up,



adjust and operate production machineryOperate and monitor wire machineryIdentify and troubleshoot machine faultsMake machine adjustments and equipment set-upsConduct quality inspections and record production dataPerform basic preventative maintenance and minor repairsMonitor machine performance and production outputAssist with continuous improvement initiativesMaintain a clean, safe and organised work areaFollow all WHS, PPE and quality requirementsReport hazards, incidents and equipment concernsAbout You To be successful, you will have:Minimum 1 year machine operating experienceMinimum 1 year wire machine operating experienceStrong mechanical aptitudeExcellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skillsExperience with machine adjustments and equipment set-upsAbility to identify and resolve machine-related issuesAbility to work independently and use initiativeGood literacy and numeracy skillsUnderstanding of WHS and quality standardsHighly Regarded:3+ years' manufacturing or production experienceCertificate II/III in Manufacturing, Engineering or related fieldToolmaker or Fitter/Machinist backgroundExperience operating machinery in a high-volume production environmentWhy Join?
