Full Time Remedial Massage Therapist

Salary: Approx. 75,000 to 80,000 per year

About the Role

We are seeking a qualified and nationally recognised Remedial Massage Therapist to join our qualified, client-focused team. You will provide evidence-based remedial massage treatments to assess, treat and manage musculoskeletal pain, injuries and movement dysfunction, helping clients restore function, reduce pain and improve overall well-being.

Key Responsibilities
Conduct thorough client consultations and assessments to identify symptoms, medical history and treatment needs.
Develop and deliver individualised remedial massage treatment plans.
Apply a range of techniques including deep tissue, myofascial release, trigger point therapy, sports massage and joint mobilisation.
Maintain accurate client records, treatment notes and progress reports.
Provide post-treatment advice, rehabilitation exercises and self-care guidance.
Ensure strict adherence to infection control, privacy and skilled practice standards.
Build positive, trusting relationships with all clients.

Essential Requirements




Current qualification — Diploma of Remedial Massage (or equivalent) recognised in Australia.
Valid membership with an approved industry association (e.g. AMT, AAMT, MAA, ANMA).
Current National Police Check / Working With Children Check (if applicable).
Professional Indemnity & Public Liability Insurance.
Excellent communication skills and client-focused approach.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Desirable
Experience in clinical, sports or injury rehabilitation settings.
Certificate in First Aid.
Knowledge of private health fund claiming processes.
