Addikted to Ink is Australia’s largest tattoo studio company, built around great tattoos, great people and an experience clients want to come back to. We’re looking for a Client Experience & Studio Manager to help run the front end of the studio and make sure everything — from the first enquiry to the moment a client walks out the door — runs smoothly.

What You’ll Own

The Clients.

From their first enquiry to walking out the door, you’ll make sure they feel welcomed, informed and looked after.

The Bookings.

You’ll manage enquiries, appointments, follow-ups and rebooking prospects.

The Studio.

You’ll help keep the space organised, professional and running smoothly.

The Team Experience.

You’ll work closely with artists and studio staff to keep the day moving and support the people around you.

Has strong customer service and communication skills




Is confident with sales and client conversations
Is organised and proactive
Can handle a busy environment
Takes ownership rather than waiting to be told what to do
Builds rapport naturally
Brings good energy without losing professionalism
Has experience in hospitality, retail, beauty, wellness, studios or similar

You don't need to be a tattoo expert. You do need to understand people, take pride in great service and be comfortable working in a creative, fast-moving setting.
