With Sealy’s continued success and growth, there is now an exciting prospect for a Handy Man to have a hands-on role in the day-to-day maintenance, repair and servicing of machinery used in production at its Canning Vale factory.

The Role:
Reduce production downtime through preventative maintenance of machinery
Fix machinery in factory
Have an active role in the management and operation of the internal safety systems
Support the development of recommendations for improving production processes by minimizing risks, costs and waste, increasing yield and productivity, and improving the quality and consistency of final products
Manage and maintain a critical spares register

Skills:




Ability to develop solutions to fix problems with machinery
A passion for developing others through excellence in leadership and developing operator maintenance schedules
A proven ability in the delivery of process maintenance projects
Experience with Safety, Lean Manufacturing and 5S Principles is an advantage, but not required
Proven experience in proactive preventative maintenance programs
